The nail tech left my cuticule terrible, the nail polish was far from my cuticule line so it looked like my nails already grown. And a piece of the nail polish was gone in 2 days and I had to go back to be fixed. Waste of money and time.

I’ve found my nail salon. They have it all from great pedicures, to dip manicures, to waxing my brows. And if you get thirsty there are extra bonuses. Update: I don’t go anywhere else, because I’ve found the lady, who always does my dips and the man, who does my pedicures. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Dallas Nail Bar & Spa. I’m also working my way through their spa choices.

ONLY choosing a star because the system is making me. Otherwise, I would give them ZIP. LISTEN, DO NOT COME HERE!! They have fallen off over the years and I've been coming for 7+!! They've recently changed management from one to the next and expect you (the customer) to know their inventory, price list, policy changes etc without informing you first. They change prices how they want and as they go. All the good techs are gone! Addison, Sonny and his wife etc were the best along with other great ones that used to be there. They have all left. This place is trash! Overpriced with nothing to offer but cheap drinks. They are not up to date with the latest, designs, trends etc. When you ask for something in particular or show them a picture. They say they can do it but then proceed to give you what they want you to have and still expect you to pay without questioning or voicing your concern! When you bring it up to management (Richard) or people at front desk (Tweet). They blame and talk down on you. I have experienced cuts, pinches from a tech, not getting what I've request, being overcharged etc Overall. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Trust me. Save your TIME and MONEY. There are far more other GREAT nail salons around the area. It's a NO for this place! Speaking from an old/loyal customer and use to be friend POV that has been going for years and see the change (not for the good) and. Thank me later.
