I'm only giving 1 stars because my pedicure came out great but nails so so bad!!! I've gone here a lot since moving here (pre beginning covid and after) and really enjoyed it, always had great service but now not so much at all! I ended up going later in the evening so I didn't notice how bad my nails were till the next day. They are not smooth at all, very bumpy, not finished up looking clean like they should be and for the price paying they should be amazing but they weren't. They didn't get smoothed out just over all bad and rushed. It wasn't even that late it was around 7pm and they close at 12am so plenty of time but it's like she had a quota and had to move on quickly so she did. It sucks but I will not be returning, very bad quality for the price increases and not going to be worth it at all!

The manager was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. If you cannot tell by my name, I am black. She immediately treated me like a criminal off the street. From the moment my party of two walked into the establishment. Not only were services not provided to my party that were requested upon arrival, but were instead provided to the (you guessed it) Caucasian people that arrived after my party, and the young lady also did not want to provide basic manners to paying guests. She didn’t provide the same experience or service to us as she did other non black guests (we were the only two). She stopped the nail tech mid service and had her begin working on other guests that arrived behind us. She didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks but immediately asked others. She didn’t even want to acknowledge or engage with us. Her behavior was even noticed by her colleague that commented on it to me and apologized on her behalf. She needs a training or to be removed from this role. I won’t be back as long as she is there.
