Bob and William were very helpful with picking out the right lift recliner chair and delivered it the same day. They set it up and helped us learn how to use it. They let me know to call if I had any problems and followed up to make sure it was working out well. They couldn't be nicer. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.
