Absolutely terrible service and app. Never notifies their riders of any delays or cancellations, especially from the Suffern, NY route to Port Authority, NYC. Why don’t they track the busses like they used to before to keep ourselves updated? This causes frustration and makes people extremely late to their destination. (Example im already 2 hours late because of it) The company needs to do a re-evaluate their plan because they are losing business by the hour.

Worst bus company ever!! I’ve made numerous complaints to them about their terrible service. They never come on time, if they come at all, the phone operators don’t know the times or the difference between the 9A or 9T! They cancel buses and don’t post it anywhere or send out notifications. They lie about whether or not the buses are running. Why are we paying monthly passes if they aren’t reliable?? They should issue refunds every time they are late or don’t show up! I can’t believe Rockland county is stuck with this subpar company!! Literally anyone else would suffice. I wish we could give negative stars..

There really isn't: you can call the main number and try to get through to a dispatcher, but most of the time either no one answers or they give you some kind of meaningless information such as "It'll be right there." Worst-run bus company I've ever had to use.
