I was Sr service representative at SSA. U NEED what's called a DEQY that will show all ur employers names, years u worked, etc. U will have to go into local SSA OFFICE to get a DEQY. U CANNOT GET THIS ONLINE if u want the DEQY. NOW IF U WANT JUST THE year & earnings amount u earned U can set up an online acct & view/print That out. That will show years you worked & $ earned. But for A DEWY U HAVE TO GO INTO UR LOCAL OFFICE. BRING UR CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE OR STATE ISSUED I. D. THERE IS A CHARGE FOR THIS DEQY. online info is free
You scan get it online. You will need to make an accout through their web portal and you can request another card get yir work history. Start a disability claim.
