They still haven’t paid for disability, and the case was approved in APRIL. Literally what could possibly take this long??? Should’ve been getting paid from the time we’ve been waiting since April for a check. How is it possible that I got my money before my mom got hers, when I’m not even the one who is disabled? A few hours of paperwork and writing a check? I guarantee with less than a week of training I could do better than whoever decided to lazily work here. Do I need to apply for a job just to get a check??

The Guards are advocating for my SSI because I was in and out of the mental hospital and I was on conservative ship and they took advantage of me in the hospital and am finally out ready to get a car so I can go back to work and volunteer at catholic churches . SSI income has helped me so much , if this government system wasn't here I'd probably be in Jail for Life or inside A Coffin

Spoke to an agent on the phone. She kept trying to talk loudly over me, cutting me off and the information she gave me was incorrect. She told me she wouldn't let me speak to her supervisor and refused to give me her name. Unreal.

You're better to do it online. You won't be seen unless you have an appointment. I was moving out of state that same day and I tried to be seen and I tried calling for an appointment, but I kept getting a busy signal or the line disconnected constantly. So I stayed overnight in a motel with hopes to speak with a manager the next day. NO LUCK It was the worst experience.

You have to call the local office to make an appointment, but they are only doing limited services, it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with social security...seems like the people answering the phones either dont care or dont know what they are talking about...been dealing with a couple of issues since November and STILL HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE...DO BETTER SOCIAL SECURITY
