Just Salad

Today was my first visit to Just Salad. This was at the Boca location on Sunday 9/25. I cannot complain about the Power Salad I ordered w/The honey mustard dressing. It was wonderful. My disillusion is about the staff. A couple of employees were not very polite or didn’t really acknowledge when speaking to them or when saying what ingredients I wanted to add. Finally when ringing up order or asking for a straw no words or thank yous. When I said thank you there was no response I even had to say to the person “smile it’s not all that bad”. I go to pay cash and they tell me they don’t accept cash. So now I had to go to my friend who had a card on her that I could charge on her credit card. I do not know if I will be going back to this particular place. At least they can have the common courtesy to thank their customers and be friendly

I saw the ratings and reviews on here and decided to give this place a try for lunch while at work. I chose the option to have it delivered via Door Dash and received a message from the driver stating that my order was given to someone else. To my dismay I asked if my order was getting remade and was told NO! Not only did I wait over and hour for my lunch, I learned that the restaurant chose not to correct THEIR mistake and remake my order. Wow! Shame!

This place has fantastic salads my cashier nika was extremely nice and was helpful on the different options on the menu. Overall, I had a great experience.
