Not enough representatives to assist phone calls. Too much time waiting for someone to speak with especially when office hours and staff are limited since the pandemic.

They were so kind and guided me through the application process with changing my name! I was quite clueless but they were very patient.
I went on a Tuesday at 2:30 and only waited for a few minutes- didn't even finish my application!!
