I purchased a vehicle last November and basically put it in storage. It's a 2001 vehicle and was last licensed in Illinois. Do I need an emissions test this year to get it plated?

This year is even year cars so yours would be next year.

It depends go on line the state of Indiana emissions and I think that will tell you

I'm not sure, because you half to change from Illinois to Indiana.
