A specialist named Joe, shaved head with light brown skin tone (~5’8 tall) was super rude, disrespectful communication and racist. He didn’t want to help me out and just left me there waiting and said he was going to come back. After 20 mins of standing there many people came by and ask if I needed help and Joe was just somewhere. I went to look for him and he just denied my service with an eyeball roll. Seriously? Horrible. This guy is not a nice person. If you see him, don’t walk, please run because if you look Asian, he’s going to think of you different and treat you differently. I just wanted to buy the iPad Pro that’s it. I should’ve let someone else help me. Then I left, my parking time is over. Update: I went to a different apple store location and got what I want with friendly communication & helpful experience. Can’t believe such historic store like Apple Carnegie library have such horrible person working there with nasty racist attitude. Pathetic.

Love this place . They are so organized and efficient. If you take classes to learn how your equipment operates this is the place to go to learn. Sign up for a class learn your task and away you go as an apple pro.

Typically, yes. Especially if you need to see someone at the Genius bar. The wait time without an appointment gets pretty high
The main entrance is off K street where a greeter will steer you to the right location based on your need.
Yes!
I'm sure they should - if not they'll give advice.
No street parking but there is a parking garage on New York Ave. where the Safeway is.
You can purchase apple watches at this location.
They are not taking appointments, only sales

You must call apple for that. I don't Work there. Sorry
These comments are not answered by Apple. They are for community feedback. I'd set up an appointment at the store for a repair and discuss with them then.

I don't really know. Call them. Service dogs perhaps. The Apple Store may be but the library...not sure.
