happy to see the updates on your store. I can clearly see the store has changed a lot to much better organized store. Loved it and I deliver my greetings to the manager.

TL;DR for this review: The ReStore has become "The Place To Go If You Want To Pay Premium New-Stock Prices For Items That Were Freely Donated." The purpose of the ReStore used to be to provide the opportunity for low-income households to obtain housing supplies and furniture at an affordable price. Everything is donated, from people who don't need the items anymore, contractors with leftover supplies, and even big stores with overstock. The ReStore makes a profit on everything they sell. If they give it away for free [such as in the case of old paint], they still aren't losing money. They were just there to help. Since the new manager was hired months ago, the ReStore has become the place to go if you want to pay higher prices than you could get from Craigslist, and in MANY cases, higher prices than Home Depot or Lowe's. They throw away a lot of the things that are donated, including the paint and such they used to have for free. As an example of the type of thing the new manager does, they had a single wooden dining chair priced at $70. It said "brand new!" and burned into the wood on the underside of the seat were the words "Made in Yugoslavia." This place only deserves one star because the employees are very sweet people. If you want supplies or furniture, look for them on Craigslist for used. If you can't find them there, look at a chain store and get them new, rather than paying more for used/surplus items that were donated. Don't give your business to a place that turned its back on its original purpose.
