I never made an appointment for the written test. You will have to make an appointment for the driving test.. And fyi they made me parallel park first .
It is better to make an appointment through the Ky State Police website. I didn't see any persons taking the written test when there today 7/23/21. We were however advised to make an appointment for a driving test.
