Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely a great neighborhood station.

It's a smaller DMV office, so they suggest that you make an appointment prior to arriving because walk-ins are very limited. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our wait was very minimal and the licensing process was smooth sailing. Obviously, make sure you have all the required documents and you shouldn't have any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service we were provided and I plan to use this office for my future DMV needs.

I'm 24 years old and have never had an ID until yesterday. I have been through a lot my younger years including prison time and having my birth certificate and social stolen twice. I have had to jump through so many hoops just to get those documents replaced to try and get my ID so I could hopefully get a better job, a place to live on my own, and to just overall improve my Life. I didn't know that they were $17. I only had $12 to my name. And running on fumes to get back to fort worth. I couldn't help but cry. I was so close to getting my ID but because I didn't have enough money I wasn't gonna be able to get it. THAT IS, until Dorothy stepped up and paid for my ID . I hope she sees this and knows I am very thankful for her helping me and that it meant more to me than she thought. Thank you for helping me move forward with my life, and not turning away from a person in need. God bless you 🙏

Horrible experience. I made appointment online but once I walked inside I realized that my appointment was not going to matter. They have a sign on the door saying “STOP! Wait for someone to come out and screen you before entering” not even sure what “screening” means. But you wait in a 4x4 cubical with a bunch of people. Don’t worry, if it gets too crowded, they have a nice lawn chair outside in the Texas heat for you to relax in. Bring a cooler cause you’ll be waiting a long time. Once I finally got through the barrier the lady tells me I’ll need my birth certificate. Which by the way, it does not state that online. Thankfully, I had it. I think they just tell you these things so they can have a 50/50 chance of getting you out of there. So then, I get a paper to fill out which just asks me all the basic information these people should already have in their system. It’s all on the drivers license I carry with me. But that doesn’t matter. You also get a number (even if you have an appointment). I just decided to leave after sitting for 5 minutes and just come back at opening time on a Wednesday or something. Ridiculous.

Depends on the day. Sometimes crazy busy but sometimes not very busy.
Yes it goes straight to Austin. Damn shame. But a lot of times there in Weatherford isn't always busy to go in and ask.
Do it online. https://www.dps.texas.gov/DriverLicense/OnlineServices.htm

Yes you have to make appointment

$11 to replace. $16 for new/first time.
No. They don't
The easiest way to make an appointment is to call the office itself. Online booking can be a daunting task. Just call the actual location and book an appt and you'll be good to go.
Address letter
When I renewed, it gave me an option to become a donor or not. I am not sure about changing the status if you aren't trying to renew.
You'll probably want to speak to someone that works at the DMV. They should be able to answer that for you.
Weatherford will take walk-ins. Depending on how busy will depend on your wait. Make sure you have certified birth certificate.
Important to make appointment. Also remember to bring birth certificate, proof US citizen. LOL
Yes, based on their score.
Birth certificate Social security card School report card It's on their website what's needed
Yes, they will. My husband had an appointment after 8:30. When we got there at 8:15 the line was all the way to the end of the building. The people who have the appointments go in first; then the people in line go in.They are only letting so many people in at once. Please, make sure you have brought everything they asked you to bring or you'll find yourself returning with whatever they asked for. My husband brought his Hospital record as his birth certificate; foot prints and all. That was a big NO. But it was big laughs for us. We had to go and get a copy then come back. If you have time, make the appointment it will be easier.
Most likely physical, my buddy had 30 documents with his address on it and they wouldn't take one even with 3 forms of idea because she wanted a bill with his address and it could not be older than 90 days
I didn't have to do a road test. I would've had to redo it if I hadn't of went when I did... Sorry I can't answer that.
Yes you can get it at 15 and yes you have to be there he has to be there
Yes. But if you get there early they will work you in. Have all of your paper work together

Legally yes. But they don't exactly check. But better safe than sorry.
Masks are required as well as making an online appointment.
I'm not sure, it cost me$11 to change my address. You may have been hacked if you did it online. I was at the department yesterday when someone else said the same thing and they we're hacked
They are closed
Just walk in, it usually goes very fast. I've been there 4 times and have never stayed more than 30 minutes. 🤗
No show up and get in line. Usually not bad lines. But make sure you have a passport current or birth certificate. Or you won't get a renewal.
I don't know, but no I don't think so.
I think they only make appointments for testing. Everything else is walk in
I believe so but I'm not sure. Sorry. We did not make an appointment and were in and out in a flash.
No it's first come first served
Diana yes it does by both parties, but they usually have you sign before you leave. As long as is signed by the DMV just have him sign. ❤
That I'm not sure about. Sorry
Anywhere in the state. It’s Texas issued.

Proof of address, SS card, and current license
I don't really think so because there is a turning lane there and your not supposed too cross double yellow lines
It is listed on the website.
No, you must reschedule.
That hurdle is not the money...it's making sure you have all your paperwork.
If you haven't made a transaction after the down grade such as an address change or a renewal you can be reinstated if you bring in a New DOT card. If you have done a transaction such as a renewal or address change on a downgraded CDL then you will not be able to be reinstated your CDL. Hope this helps. Have a good day.
I believe you can go either place. We live in Parker County and our son got his license at the Tarrant County DPS.
There is no grace period. You will be driving without a license till you renew.
You still gotta do the in car driving course after that
Use a printer.
Ask the court on the ticket.
No.
You need to get a new Texas Drivers license if you do not have one or if your old one is expired
