The Government took my CDL about 2 years ago,because I didn't keep my heath card up to date... If I get my DOT Physical will the DMV give me back my CDL ? Or do I have to re-test on everything ?

If you haven't made a transaction after the down grade such as an address change or a renewal you can be reinstated if you bring in a New DOT card. If you have done a transaction such as a renewal or address change on a downgraded CDL then you will not be able to be reinstated your CDL. Hope this helps. Have a good day.
