Wondering if I was a Tarrant county resident but my driver's license expired a year ago... And I now live in Parker county. Can I go to a Parker county dmv and get my driver's license?

I believe you can go either place. We live in Parker County and our son got his license at the Tarrant County DPS.

You can do anything that pertains to your licences or identification card at any office state wide. Hope this helps.
