You can return your rental car after-hours at the CVG location and drop the car keys in the collection box near the main office entrance. I've always returned my Enterprise rental car during after-hours (~2:00am) when they are closed.
They open at 600am if you have an early flight there are shuttles starting around 500am to 530 am
