Avoid HERTZ Hertz works we franchisees We have been hostaged in Lima, the franchisee made us pay 3 TIMES more than on the booking, pretexting there were insurances we needed. We already had insurances on our credit card.We were at the beginning of the holidays, we had no choice but to accept, or ruin the holidays without a car to move around… LIARS, NEVER AGAIN BE VERY CAFEFUL, AVOID THIS BRANCH

Kim at the Lima OH Hertz saved our vacation!!!! After renting a car for our vacation thru the Fort Wayne location we received a call 1 hour and 15 minutes before we were to pickup the car informing us that they had NO car for us and no hertz location in the whole state of Indiana had any rental cars 🤬🤬. We called the Lima location and Kim was just super….. she transferred our reservation and was extremely helpful with the whole process. Even though we still had to travel an hour and a half to get a car we made our vacation Shame on you Hertz for renting cars you don’t have available!!! And a thumbs up 👍🏻 for your employee Kim being able to bail you out!!

Would give zero stars. But sometimes when I try to book they do not answer. And sometimes they just hang the phone up without even a hello. It's sad because in my line of work I rent a lot of cars and they just keep making it harder all the time. And I absolutely hate talking with a foreigner at a call center that I can barely understand and doesn't understand or listen to me
