I won’t be renting from here anymore. I dropped the keys in the drop box overnight. They didn’t check it in until I physically had to go up there and make sure because I did not want to have any late returning fees. I reserved twice a smaller car to save on gas and ended up with a gas guzzling Chevy Blazer both times! The last two times I rented from them, I ended up with the same car and it took them hours after they opened to close out my rental. The black guy behind the counter didn’t seem to care too much. His words to me after printing the receipt were “You feel better?” Next time I need a car rental, it will not be here.

This place is a joke. I rented a 16 ft truck for moving and when I get there, the truck they have for me has a flat tire and also has the check engine light on. The other truck they have doesn’t run. What kind of business are we running here? When I asked if I could get a different truck from a different location, the person helping me could not look up the available inventory and tried to communicate with other budget vendors through a group chat. Instead of calling someone I had to wait at the counter for someone to answer her texts. When I asked to cancel my reservation, the person was unable to send me a confirmation email OR print out anything to confirm my cancellation. I had to go online and cancel the reservation myself! The worst part of this experience is that the person working here did not have any legitimate excuse for why this happened. They did not apologize or offer any alternative solutions, they just acted like this was another day of business. I almost laughed when I walked about because I could not believe how terrible it was. Because of this, I had to drive across the city to 2 different U-Haul locations to find a moving truck. Moving is already a stressful experience, so dealing with this was a horrible start to my day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

E Galbraith location is very unprofessional and rude don't take insurance claims also Glenway Ave I had a reservation for 3 weeks still no rental car so I went to Galbraith because no location will answer the phone this has been a very bad experience with this company and very frustrating... the kicker is I emailed the general manager a week ago for the glenway location and still no response if you have no vehicles what are they doing and why they can't answer 🤔 would not recommend
