I'm going to pick up a rental car from SDF and drive to CVG and drop off the rental car at CVG. Can I drop off a rental car at 3:30 am due to the early morning's flight departure?

CVGs Enterprise car rental is offsite, so if you get there super early the bus they offer may not be running. So you may need a Lyft or Uber.
