Overpriced, they keep your card information instead of removing it. When we returned the car, the lady that took our keys never gave us a receipt. When I arrived at the customer service desk to make sure that everything was squared away, the lady at the desk claimed she couldn't find me in the system, and then asked me if I had a receipt. I explained to her that the lady who took our keys when we brought the vehicles back didn't give us our receipt. So, yeah, there was a small toll bill but what Enterprise SHOULD NOT have been doing was just charging it to my card. Instead, they should have been emailing me the bill or notifying me via snail mail that there was a toll bill to pay. Nowhere was I told that Enterprise would be keeping my card information. I'm totally not cool with that. I have been given a reference number and been told that I will receive a callback confirming the card information has been removed. If Enterprise does not follow through with my request that my card information be removed from their system, I will take this one to court. At this point I'm not sure I'll ever use Enterprise again.

The CVG airport (and this branch of Enterprise) is in Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati, OHIO.
Call the Enterprise location you rented from in KY. If you need to go to NYC, you may be better off returning to KY and rebooking with Enterprise or someone else in a new booking. You may get overcharged (like $400-$500 on top of previous rental) if you just drive to NYC.

You can return your rental car after-hours at the CVG location and drop the car keys in the collection box near the main office entrance. I've always returned my Enterprise rental car during after-hours (~2:00am) when they are closed.

No fee and there are signs at the airport showing rental shuttle and will have on the shuttle what rental companies that shuttle drops off at
CVGs Enterprise car rental is offsite, so if you get there super early the bus they offer may not be running. So you may need a Lyft or Uber.

You probably have to call. I personally never heard of. However they have great rates and pick you up / take you home. Also have point club can join and earn free rental!
Enterprise is open until 11pm and has flight tracking software to ensure they can plan ahead for situations like this. (I am a former employee of the airport location, now managing a local branch). If you do not arrive before 11pm and National/Alamo still have vehicles (Two rental companies under the Tri-Brand Enterprise Holdings), they will honor your reservation until 1am.
