Unfortunately, my review will echo what others have said. When I walked in to pick-up my vehicle, the man behind the desk barely made eye contact with me. He seemed less than enthused to be doing his job. His interaction was robotic, almost as though I was bothering day. I had to ask him his name after giving me the keys to the vehicle and he was walking back into the building. Customer service needs some real help at this location. I believe he is the branch manager at this location, so I don't have much hope of improvement.

Yes you can but you will have to provide some kind of utility bill or phone bill that reflects a zero past due balance it must reflect a zero past due balance otherwise you will not be able to use that
