This park is amazing! It's beautiful, so interactive, and accessible for children of all abilities and ages. My son loved the treehouse and slides. There's an area with chairs and picnic tables that offers both a place to have snacks or a meal and a place for grownups to relax while the kids play.

This is a large park with lots of playgrounds and baseball fields. Mc Lars held a concert there on 4/24/2022.

Nice park to bring your children. Lots of slides. Large lawn area to play as well shared with school. Pretty crowded. Parking was a little rough. Not many Handicapped spaces.

This park has TONS of amenities but is a little overcrowded. For example, My friends and I play tons of pickleball but it’s almost impossible to get a court here. Also, the dog park is nice and usually has lots of dogs, but sometimes the dogs are the ones taken on walks by rovers and not watched closely. So if you are worried about your dog getting into some sort of trouble, that might happen.

No. In some events like the 4th of July many ppl do though.
Picnic reservations are only required at Mitchell Park, Rinconada Park, and Foothills Park. All other parks in Palo Alto are first-come, first-served.
The reservable picnic areas may have electrical outlets. Call city of Palo Alto, Parks and Rec department, to get a reliable answer.
There's one near or at the library and a basketball court at JLS Middle School thay is adjacent to the park.

Go to the City of Palo Alto website and there is a phone number I believe they're also maybe one around the barbecue areas at the actual Park.
There's a long lot that is easy to miss before the parks main entrance.
