They are very busy, you're best bet is to go in person and if your animal is sick or hurt take them with you. They'll probably just fit you in.
I just went in and made the appointment they are very nice and sweet, but I do recommend going in and doing the face to face thing
I go in person and make an appointment..they call you back in about three days l always miss their call so it's phone tag...easier in person
Just go to the walk-in clinic. The last time I went in when my puppy got sick from Parvo and was severely dehydrated they went a out fitting g me I appropriately. When I took my other dogs I for vaccinations it wasn't long of a wait
