If a dog that has been sent there to have surgery an after words put up for adoption but does not get adopted for a long time can the owner readop.
Cont: the 4 vets say thats not normal and they have never seen this before. So what do I do with her where can I take her that wont cost an arm snd a leg as her HW treatment is already 1,400.00 dollars??????
