I know their really busy but if you leave a message they usually call you back within 24 hours
Just call and leave messages so.one does call back it may take a couple days but I got in
You have to go in and they are very busy because alot of people or trying to get on the show with their pet and they close for lunch about half through the day
It's the most busy place I know , just have to wait for awhile, to be seen
