They don't answer calls because they are not of convince this is why they are a low cost vet clinic. They will take care of your pet and call to up date you. They saved my puppy with parvo and my friends puppies a year later. They took great care of them and updated us at the end of the evening around 8 usually. They really do care about your pets in my opinion.
When they say 24hour urgent care. Its not true. My little boy just passed away in their so called 24 hour care. They didn't even know he was dead till the next morning after 10am. Just horrible. If your pet is xtremely sick n needs around the clock care please think twice. I wish i would of known there was no one actually watching them. They knew how sick he was. He was such a sweet boy and we are so devastated. If I knew I would of never left him there I wish to god I would of just kept him home so I could of just taken care of him the best I could. Maybe he would still be alive.
