There is a place I believe called Evergreen that helps you pay it's all donated like funding to help pay for lower income, ask pet parenthood there are several places they know the number you don't have to verify your income or anything just tell them your story they send money to PPH and it helps pay your bill wish I could remember the phone number but PPH will help you with that they know the numbers there are several organizations to help with funding , you can also Google there are some options you can try with getting asst.
