Well I'm going to be moving this month due to how their poor behavior is. I got belittled and screamed at by the property manager. Knowingly that is improper behavior on how your supposed to treat your residents.

No I wouldn't. Beginning to dislike company. Talked to young lady at corporate and was very rude. Hope if going to put a mobile home in one of there parks they research it very good. Cause once your there your on your own. I can't believe a business is run this way.

Did you receive help in getting your property through Meritus Communities, was the belittling done to you by the Property Management or Meritus Communities, how did Meritus handle things and would you recommend Meritus Communities to future residents/ tenants!
