Suburban Honda again impressed me with their professionalism and courtesy. La Ron was more than accommodating with his listening to my concerns and his organized plan to deal with services needed. An honest dealership is the best dealership. I trust Suburban Honda with my car. Driving home I noticed improvements in my brakes and transmission smoothness. La Ron made sure I got the discounts I was qualified for without the asking. Hands down, my favorite dealership! Most recently, after my "check engine" light came on at a critical time, I pulled into Suburban Honda and Jesse Kasenow immediately scoped my car to assure me I had time to make an appointment to fix the problem. He fixed the stuck oil control pressure switch and changed my oil and filter, as well as the look-over of fluids and tire pressure for safe maintenance. With an appointment, realizing it would be a few hours to complete, Jesse had Matt Spurgeon shuttle me home and then pick me up later that day when the service was completed. Very reasonable cost for services. Even Saundra Bisel at the check-out desk was very personable and polite. All were very professional, personable, knowlegeable and efficient! I am SOOOO impressed by this dealership that it's 12 mile distance from me is not an issue! Thanks again, Suburban Honda! In June of 2021, Jesse Kasenow and crew took excellent care of my Odyssey once again, fixing a front anti-sway assy. and updating my rear brakes. As usual, the service was excellent, and I was shuttled home and back during the hours it took for the repairs. Suburban Honda is my ONLY goto dealer! Service, as I have come to expect, was excellent on my Odyssey on Tuesday October 25. The facilities are very clean, comfortable; the technicians are knowledgeable and reliable and courteous. Service Rep Bob Spurgeon received my car and was very attentive and courteous in his duties. He had my battery and charging system inspected as requested, and had my tire/wheel assembly inspected and fixed of its leaking troubles. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at this dealership in past visits, I highly recommend Suburban Honda to all my friends as THE place to take your car for service. I was expecting a much higher invoice bill for services rendered, so I have to attest that your service costs are reasonable and competitive. You can be assured that I will continue to seek all my service needs from Suburban Honda because of it's excellence!
