Sean is a terrible sales associate… instead of providing amazing customer service the man is so fast forward to throw away any training Honda could possibly provide to their employees down the toilet with such terrible negotiations skills. Was ready to buy a car this week and thankfully I know to never come here or recommend to anyone.

Made a trip from out-of-state to buy a used car here. Mixed experience. The car was heavily modified, and the sales guy had no clue what he had. About 40% more horsepower over stock, lowered, custom shift kit. Someone put a lot of love into this car, and I bought it for a great price. Score for me. There was a LOT of phone calls from the dealer. Felt a little sweaty. They knew they had a chance to flip a car quickly, and with minor investment, and they didn't want to let me slip away. I prefer to do business via txt or email, so the calls were annoying. It hadn't been cleaned. There was gunk on the windshield that I got via liberal application of alcohol. To the windshield, not me. The oil, filter, and plugs were all old, so that's another negative. For me to make it street-legal required cats, so that was about $1000. It had been running E85, so service and a tune was another $1300. I was upset with the unexpected cost. The registration & title took a month to get to me, which was aggravating, but I suppose that's more on MD's MVA. Ultimately I'm happy with the car and the price. The service was disappointing, but the end result was worth it.

If you have a newer vehicle, just press and hold the power button for few seconds then it will reset otherwise see in your glove box where your manual book is and look through the service/pdi book to see your radio code. Hope this help you.
Go ahead. Usually no appointment required for recall fix but still I would make a phone call to be sure.

Good morning. If your accord is a 4 cylinder, there may be an intermittent issue with your starter. A known issue. A charging system diagnosis will need to be done to confirm. Diag starts at 148. It goes toward any repair if you decide to repair it there. I'd make an appointment before hand.
