If you have a newer vehicle, just press and hold the power button for few seconds then it will reset otherwise see in your glove box where your manual book is and look through the service/pdi book to see your radio code. Hope this help you.

Mine is located on a sticker attached to the inside of my glove compartment.

Sometimes the radio code, consisting of 6-8 digits, is indicated on a decal/sticker inside the glove box.
