When a hard to find Civic Si became available, I was offered the car and they stuck to their commitment. My salesperson, Michael Smith, was outstanding and made what is usually a contentious process painless. Best dealer experience I've ever had. Recently had my first service experience, which was also great. They arranged for a ride home, and even offered to pick me up when the service was completed. First rate treatment.

Has to be the best Honda dealer I’ve had experience with. A few years ago when I tried adding a Honda care extended warranty at a different dealer, they said I couldn’t do it and tried adding an aftermarket warranty instead. I came to Troy Honda and they did it within 10 minutes for me. Recently tried shopping for a 23 CR-V, 3 other greedy Honda dealers would only let you order if you added a wheel and window protection package for $2000 to $3000 which is an absolute joke. Troy Honda let me place my order for MSRP without any extra required packages.
