Bought a Honda 100 month (>8years) battery in November 2019. Guess what? It’s no longer charging. When I called Garcia Honda, guess what their answer was? “Sorry we didn’t install it so no warranty.” The sales guy sure pitched the warranty when we bought the “longer life” battery. This is such a scam. How can you trust a company that does underhanded business? We will never buy a Honda again. Back to Toyota we go.

Absolute worst service ever they lie about pricing to get you to buy a car! They do things like slip in extra things and won't say nothing and then try to blame you for not understanding it. They take advantage of women that goes there to buy a vehicle. Cody is the salesman and Andrew is the finance officer and Mike the manager there will do nothing to help you with their screw ups. They dropped the ball on a deal mislead people on what deal they was getting until the paper was signed then they say once you signed the paperwork you own the car and nothing can be done about it and will sit there with a smirk on their face and luagh at you. I can't express enough why you should never ever ever shop at Garcia Honda. MR TOBY GARCIA I HOPE YOU GET THIS REVIEW

Went in for service and wanted to upgrade. The car I wanted was reasonably priced, all of a sudden they add another FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to the total price for some fancy rims. When I talked to the manager he wouldn’t compromise and take off the rims. Classic bait and switch. Don’t recommend!

Oct. 9 enroute to our vacation destination we struck a roadside hazard on I-40 destroying a tire and wheel. We limped into Albuquerque for the night and spent the evening pondering the impact to our travel plans and what we could do to salvage what we could of the trip. We presented ourselves at Garcia Honda at 8:30 AM on Oct.10. No appointment, they did not know us, and they were busy. In three and a half hours they had assessed the damage (not only the wheel and tire but all the driver's assist systems had been made inoperable), effected needed repairs, replaced the tire and wheel, checked and set wheel alignment, gave us a list of items we should have our dealer address at home and had us back on the road. We want to thank Express Service Advisor Lee Armijo and all the technicians servicing our CR-V for turning what seemed like a disaster into a short delay. If we lived in Albuquerque Garcia Honda is where we would purchase our cars.
