'Five stars' for the Manager that helped me out after the service department was closed for the day. I had to select 4 stars for the service department. I'll try to keep this brief. At the beginning of the recall process, I was told that the service that was to be performed would only take 1 to 2 days, It took a week, and although I was given a loaner... Q5 versus A8L 4.0t (my vehicle), and which the first Q5 died on me in the first 2 days, (Management looked out for me though) with another Q5... Thank you Mr. Manager! The first day I received my vehicle back and drove it home, I smelled coolant coming from the engine compartment (strongly). I feared that I would have to return it for another week of service. I checked the coolant level and it was good, so I figured that some of the coolant ran down the engine and was just burning off, so I gave it a couple of days to subside. I ended up rinsing down the inside of the protective paneling underneath the engine, drove it for another day and the smell started subsiding. Its been a little over a week now and I can barely smell it. I'll keep an eye on it though,,,, or shall I say, a Nose on it. You would think that the area where the coolant ran out and down the engine during servicing would've been cleaned off before returning it to the customer, or at the least, advise the customer of the possibility of a coolant smell that should burn off in days to come.

Dazmon was great on Saturday when my Audi was getting serviced. He was upfront about what services I actually needed vs what I had scheduled my car for. The Dealership always takes great care of me and my car.

91 or higher octane is strongly recommended. Anything lower WILL result in lower Horsepower and valve clatter
I think for audi Q5 2.0T they charge around 270$, but I don't like audi, suburban FH. They don't have good customer service every time I go there I curse myself.. why am I repeating the same mistake.. Not even one time they did a good service.. each time I had to point their mistakes.. Honestly, I would not recommend this service center
