Offering service appointments in four months from today to fix a problem in a car I bought four days ago is just plain low. If you ever want your car serviced don’t buy from them!

I've already recommended Audi Arlington to my friends, and I won't hesitate to do so again in the future. Despite being faced with a pretty demanding customer (me) and a uniquely challenging sales process (mostly due to inventory issues), the sales team at Audi Arlington went the extra mile -- no pun intended! -- to achieve my desired outcome. The sales manager, Jae, was especially helpful; he went above & beyond to ensure I got the exact vehicle I wanted while remaining within my price range. I love my new car and I'm happy to continue my relationship with Audi Arlington!

The service department used to be a lot better in the past. Now, they almost kind of discourage you to bring in your car. I couldn't schedule an online appointment on the website so called them. I was told that the service dept. was busy and would call me back. Of course no one did, so I had to call again and finally got someone on the phone. They told me that it would 1-2 months before they could schedule me for a diagnostic for my engine light! I found a Euro car mechanic today near my house to service my car. Thankfully, I wont have to deal with them ever again. You will never get a loaner here no matter how big the issue is with your car. They also charge you a fortune and are so unhappy when they see a car pull up for service. Stay away from this place.

Absolute worst service! I took my car in on Saturday for a battery replacement and they quoted me $760, which seemed outrageous but I consented to the replacement. I was skeptical about the charge and called Audi of Tysons and Rockville to get an estimate and they both quoted me $550. My car was supposed to be ready by Monday at the latest. On Monday, I called several times and couldn't get through to anyone. I tried again on Tuesday and I got through to someone in service who told me I'd receive a call from Jesse, my service rep. I finally heard from Jesse who told me they needed to get the battery from the warehouse and it would be ready by Wednesday. I asked Jesse about why they were charging me over $200 more than Tysons and Rockville and he stated "that's just what this store charges". On Wednesday, I start calling again to see if my car was finally ready and I couldn't get through to anyone again. I finally get a hold of someone at around 7 pm, who tells that me that he doesn't know if my car is ready and I'd have to call back the next say. Needless to say, I will never return to this Audi dealership again.

I have never heard of this. Did they say why they wanted a deposit?
