Routine maintenance visit, went well, updates were given. I chose to wait for the car. The waiting area was comfortable, quiet and I could get some work done on the computer. Spacious area, bright, and no Covid concerns!

I initially enjoyed coming to this dealership for service. After I brought my brand new car in, I noticed scratches near my driver’s side leather seat that someone from service had caused. The dealer said they’ll fix it. I brought my car back to service and after they were done I noticed that they added extra scratches on the door, plus they didn’t even fix the initial scratches from before. So that’s multiple wasted trips and now Max (the service manager) still hasn’t called me back to help resolve this issue. I’ve called over 5 times in the past 2 weeks with no calls back. Very upsetting and disappointing. Don’t bring your car here. They don’t take good care of vehicles.
