After living a nightmare of unmet contract obligations, when they saw the news at my house, repairs started happening. I was offered a decent sum for my home in June of this year, moved out in July and don’t have my check yet. No one will return my calls.. I just want what was offered to me and a little communication about when to expect it.

Sterling Estates is becoming so bad office only cares about rent never are your concerns listen to they give it warnings like it's candy but when you email them or call them they don't care but don't be late in rent because they call you put your number in the board in the entrance but yet the streets can't be fix the pond over flows when it rains shootings are happening and if it isn't from neighbors letting you know what's going on office doesn't care about letting us know. We paying for security and a gated community yet we not getting those services and when we do for a week or two security let's anyone in. Oh and manager has an attitude that doesn't help at all.

We paid our rent and are still given court papers. It has been late, yes, but look at the times--look at the world. Both my wife and I have gotten new lines of work to better accommodate rising costs of everything. I have asked Julie our property manager for help every step of the way and am constantly told there is nothing she can do. Avoid RHP properties.

I'd like an answer to that too. We also received a site location rate increase after living her many years, plus a rent increase. We live on social security and cannot afford a $34 rate increase. Be aware if your thinking of moving into one of their parks. Rent goes up every year and we get nothing for it.
Lamplighter mhp,has a manager in Colorado Springs that has no skills in been manager,she hate people how could of you guys put such a evil person to represent your mobile home park she pick on the elderly and people hate her.she gave me a job a pool monitor because people hate mewhile I took the job and quit because I thought rph would like to know about how people act at the pool and she didn’t want to hear it.what kind of manager doesn’t want to know what going on .this place is going down because you got to ask to plant a seed in your ground to make your home beautiful.

I have lived live in colonial village, Allegany, NY for 33 yrs. Our manager is the absolute WORST. She Facebook's about people in their parks as " uneducated trailer park trash". Realllly??? She's sitting behind a desk, talk about uneducated. If it weren't for all the uneducated people living she have NO damn paycheck..

Couldn't say really, it would seem after 5pm no one pays attention? There are complaint form at the office, I recommend you get one copy and make more your self... also there is a phone # to call and a web site that I've used to make my grievances... in the past... squeaky wheel get the grease
This company just bought our mobile home park and I am quite nervous about this action. We lived in an apartment complex that consisted of manufactured homes originally built and operated by Cardinal industries, then a company bought them out and kept buying these properties all over the country. Same story, never had enough money to fix things up, mean to their employees and residents. It was a very bad situation, hopefully this will turn out differently but probably not.
We're dealing with a similar situation. Corporate is not replying and it's been over a month. It does not endear me to them any better. It's very, very frustrating and we need to move.
