Since when can a fee be charged based on "premium lot/site" which WAS NOT in original lease (never renewed) after 17yrs in park. Rent was also increased from $26 monthly in 2017 to $45 monthly in 2018. Does anyone know a GOOD arbitration lawyer in CO

I'd like an answer to that too. We also received a site location rate increase after living her many years, plus a rent increase. We live on social security and cannot afford a $34 rate increase. Be aware if your thinking of moving into one of their parks. Rent goes up every year and we get nothing for it.
