Been living in Millstone Pond for 12 years.Has really gone downhill.There’s been a change in ownership,maintenance,and management.They don’t keep up on residence upkeep of homes.When you have an issue they don’t answer phones,Nor do they answer messages.Their main concern seems to be the development of the new section of the park,But when you get tired of the neglect,And decide to move on.They want to give you a hard time.Also when you call the corporate number for help.You don’t get much further.Also recently found out that we have been paying for their light pole for the past 12 years, but because yes has only owned the park for two years.They’ll only reimburse us for for that amount.If they purchased the park.They purchased it’s debts.We were told that we were” missed on their audits” of people with poles”.Because if you have a light pole.You’re supposed to get a rent credit every month.So we were missed for 12 years?And when you call the number they give you in their response to your review.You have to leave a message,and no one calls you back.All you ever get is the run around.

Yes! Communities at Grand blanc Crossings is not a fair housing community!!! They put notices on your door or car that you have to scrap off for parking on our grass. When this person came around with the notices I was not parked on my grass. But it's ok for my neighbor to have their whole vehicle parked on their grass( see pic). Also when is it a crime to put your dog on a leash?? It doesn't mean that I don't watch them!! My dog was not even outside when this person wrote this notice. So how does he know that I leave my dog unattended?? They should not give us written warnings unless they actually see what they are giving me a warning about!! The lot rent is so expensive here. It's more than my house payment! They tell you it will be cheaper to buy but it's not!! You would think that if you buy your home and will be there for years that you should have a lower lot rent to keep us here. Yes! Communities is just plain greedy!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

Yes communities is an awful place they don't take care of their parks every year raising their lot rent. If you rent a moblie home and need something done from maintenance either you can not get a hold of them or you wait for months for them to fix it so you might as well fix it yourself. Don't recommend this place to anyone
