It is on the north east side of the lake, just off the road to the left as you're driving north. Towards the main entrance of lake to dock the boats n all the picnic areas. It is lined in with the red float rope.
I didn't see one, and I walked around the entire lake. I saw a few places that could be one, but I didn't see anyone in the water
