Working and living here is the best! The rent is so good and the staff are amazing. They answer all work orders and fix stuff almost immediately!! I love this place

One of the best complexes in the area, maintenance is quick and efficient, the walls are nice and thick (I never heard one peep from either of my neighbors on shared walls), finishes are up to date, amenities are kept well, the staff is excellent and attentive, the list goes on! My job took me away from the Loveland area but if I ever went back, Greens would be the first complex on my list. :)

I stayed at this apartment for one year, but I was over it after three months. The common areas are never taken care of. The grass is destroyed. The sprinklers they have along the sidewalks to revive the grass hit nothing but the sidewalks and parking spaces, causing you to get wet on your way to and from your place. They charge you unnecessary fees, and will use your $500 security deposit to maintain typical landlord duties such as cleaning and repainting. The move-out fee itself is $25. I don't feel like wasting any more time on this place by typing up a more lengthy review - but long story short, I recommend you find a different apartment complex to live at. My only kudos goes to Daylon.

i called to ask questions and as my name is uncommon, i spelled it using a typical nato phonetic alphabet (alpha bravo charlie, etc).. the guy answering was aggravated i didnt spell it normally, like letter for letter.. like why give an attitude? so i spelled it normally and like i dont know how many times i had to repeat letters (which is why i used the phonetic kind and have all my life).. so yea, that was strike one really.. if you run a business adaptability is important and listening to the potential client, customer.. so i asked for a virtual tour.. the automated email went through just fine but i didnt get anything else, nobody called or sent a text to tell me how this was going to happen.. like ok virtual tours youd expect zoom or something but theres no way to know if nobody tells you.. i waited 30 mins for something.. not even a phone call to say, "hey whats up, anything wrong? " or "can i assist because youre not present" etc.. im not desperate enough to deal with poor management (no matter potential circumstances as they can call to reschedule) finding a place, theres more than one place to look into.. i read many reviews waiting and theres several of the same mentioning: valet trash not getting picked up, parking issues (including towing your car even if you paid for parking, like really?), charging for utilities even if you pay them yourself externally, and amenities and common areas are not maintained.. i cant consider a place that isnt putting their residents first and burn a hole in my pocket from dishonesty and the bottom line taking priority.. in no way am i accusing them of these traits but its had a history and my experience itself overshadowed my desire for a year lease in those potential conditions.. it might be a good idea running a business like this with honesty and integrity^^

Too much. Honestly, I started at 1200 and now pay 1500. This was for a 1 bed, 1 bath, approx 300 square foot. This was not a studio layout. I have heard their prices have gone down since several other complexes have been built and were starting at much lower.
Dear Greens Residents, We are happy to announce that we will begin opening some of our community amenities! There are guidelines for each of our amenities that are opening, so please read the stipulations listed below: For daily pool use: -The community pool will be available for use during business hours only. Monday through Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM), and Sunday (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM). -Please note that we will be limiting usage of the pool area to 10 residents at any given time. Also, there will be 2-hour reservations for each party that schedules ahead of time. Currently, we are only granting reservations to 2 residents per apartment, unless otherwise approved by management. Additionally, we are limiting usage of the pool to residents only. No guest will be allowed access to the pool. In order to utilize the pool, you must reserve your spot with the office staff prior to showing up. -Office staff will monitor use of the pool and Maintenance
