Ive lived here for almost 4 yrs now and I love it. The apts are nice, maintenance is quick to respond, the office personnel are very friendly and professional. The property is well maintained. The neighborhood Is nice. Management has always been good to me and are very responsive to my needs. Thank you to the office staff Emily and suzi and geri.

I stayed at my son’s apartment while he and his wife were in Italy. Some maintenance issues came up the day they left and he contacted the maintenance emergency department. Geri was wonderful, got the issue taken care of in a timely fashion and kept me informed as the process moved forward. She went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of. Thanks Geri! Emily, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel like she genuinely cared. Thank Emily!!

Rents expensive figure 1500+ a month. Check Web site for openings. On top of rent is 100 month utilities for everyone plus your own unit..... seriously expensive. They be better in a house. There are37 in zillow for rent in Loveland.
