I’m very pleased with the care my family member receives. But communication with InnovAge is just extra hard. Who to call for what? Guess. A social worker leaves, but no email or phone message reveals their departure nor who to call instead. A call to the current social worker gets me a promise but no action — and no accountability. Signing up with InnovAge was a chore, too, due to poor project and document management and communication. I’m glad for the NP and the therapist but for crying out loud it’s a LOT of work to work with them because they’re so siloed. Comms suffers a great deal, which is really a huge opportunity to build trust squandered.

No, I'll share my specific feedback here. If I could give you zero stars, I would. Your program doesn't offer enough for your clients. Your social services/case management department must have a rotating door because every week my grandmother had someone new, and no one there advocated for her well-being. It was difficult to get the things she needed like wheel chairs and walkers, and you have sole discretion on what her needs are based on how much it will cost you. You contract with SNFs with the lowest star rating, probably again due to cost. My grandmother had afib but wasn't on any anticoagulants....and stroked. Did the providers miss something or should a conversation been had with her or her POA as to why she wasn't and the risks? I just think you're highly over paid for the services you don't provide.

Never have worked at a place where there Is so much favortism, unfairness, and toxic hostile environment. The manager of the dayroom is unprofessional. Talks about the participants, and coworkers in a degrading manner. Cnas work as waitresses. Taking participants orders for breakfast and lunch. The only cna work is toileting, bathing. Bed bug showers are required to do here This place has been reported to EEOC
