Call them they should be able to tell you if you’re eligible or not. Whenever a applicant reach the top of the list the housing commission send out a letter to the address they have on file. Make sure you keep your address up-to-date with them. However I believe this particular one is close for applications. Try other counties & cities like Port huron or Melvindale.
