Worst place ever. Do Not Send Any Family Member Here. My mom has had to sit in her pee soaked bed 5 times in the last couple weeks. She puts on the call light but nobody answers. I have had to call there from my home to have a nurse go change her. She was yelling all night for someone to come in but they never did. I have complained numerous times to the director of nursing. But it just keeps happening. They don’t care about the patients. So if you can avoid this place at all costs!!! Plus she is getting weaker not better.

My mother is there now and I’m writing this at 12:45 am after alerting so called nurses several times that she didn’t seem well. Was blown off several times only to find out since her ROOMMATE has been basically sounding the alarm something is wrong , they are now treating my mom for dehydration. HOW IS SOMEONE DEHYDRATED IN A CARE FACILITY. And why would it take her roommate and myself to notice and not staff. Then we basically had to beg for help. Sickening and I won’t rest until there’s explanations. Only thing I can do now at 12:49 am is write this . Disgusting

This place is horrible my mother has been yelled at for trying to adjust room temp she's copd patient so she has trouble breathing also trouble walking and she's so old she can't see well so little tasks like clipping toenails etc. Is extra difficult .They just ignore these things gs and mistreat her on top of it by continuing to be complacent and just disrespectful and mean . They want cash or it's the highway not caring g or professional.

DO NOT TAKE your loved one here!!! My mother was extremely neglected and actually DIED 2 weeks after me pulling her out of this nightmare, the care was below the lowest standard I could ever imagine 😔 I know most facilities like these aren't the greatest but this is even worse then that!!!
