They okay if you looking for a immediate place to live but I will not RECOMMEND they don’t like fixing anything try to charge for everything you have to call multiple times to reach someone they care more about the outside of the property then the actual inside of the home but overall I give them a 1 star

I lived here for four years since September 2018 and it was great the first time and then the rental office slacked up on everything and maintenance men barely do their job and come in people residences without permission and that's violating rights and the laundry rooms are nasty and machines don't barely work and walls are very thin and can hear everything the neighbors talk about. DON'T MOVE TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD

DON'T MOVE HERE. I have lived here for 6 years and the first 4 we're actually great. The office was helpful and maintenance actually did their job. Now the office is unprofessional and never responds to anything (unless its about rent). Multiple time maintenance has never shown up after claiming they did or flat out broke things they were supposed to fix and disappeared. The neighbors are loud and disrespectful. Nobody watches their kids so they run through the neighborhood and in the middle of the streets. I've called security multiple times over the past years and they have never shown up to resolve the issue. We have a gate for our community that has not worked for literal months now. We constantly asked them for upgrades and repairs since we lived there for so long and every time the owner would call and then ghost us. They raise the rent every year and fix nothing what so ever to explain the increase. They file documents wrong and then blame you for it. I had a package stolen off my porch and I reported it to the office and the next day maintenance somehow found the package abandoned around the corner unopened and undamaged after I had photos of amazon putting it on my steps??? DONT MOVE HERE
