No they do not. I would suggest posting on FB marketplace or craigslist for free pick up. Some scrapper will grab it

I don't think they do. However check with the city or the company they use for proper disposal. A lot of the companies that pick up waste take it if it is open and filled with saw dust or kitty litter, or is totally dried up.
Do they give you money for recycling here?
