I know the park is 5:00 am to 11:00 pm but does that include the trails? Most trails elsewhere in the city are sunrise to sunset.

If caught on a trail or in the city park after it has officially closed you can receive fines up to $500. I doubt that this is for a first offense.

What is the consequence for walking the trail after hours?

Trails are closed knightly at 11:00.

The only time the park is open 24 hrs. Is on Easter Sunday weekend. Including trails.
