This is not legal. It's animal cruelty. It's freaking brutal hot in summer and gets to 150 degrees in a car. Children forgotten in car seats who are forgotten in cars die everyday. The same happens to pets. Report if you see something like this to police. Leave your pets at home in the A/C where they belong while you work. If you are homeless then surrender your pets to a new owner or humaine society.

I don't know, you can call and ask but I wouldn't leave my dog in the car not good for them or the car.
