A lot of very sweet animals there looking for their forever home 🏠.

I was there looking for a tiny female dog. I don't want a puppy as there is no guarantee how big or little they will grow up to be. The staff I met were very helpful and kind. I didn't find my fur baby this visit. I will keep checking every day.

If you go to Caring Hands website. There is an adoptable animals tab. Click on it, and it will show you pics of all the pets that are available.
Good advice
Wow. I'm so sorry. I presume the shelter must be full of displaced animals in order for them to turn away another animal. If I hear of anyone who might be able to foster or take them in, I will get back to you if that's ok...? I'll put some feelers out there and see if I can come up with something. Do you have any history on the cats?
I would be so thankful and blessed if they did Id hate to lie. The cats I been feedin over a yr. and theyre in a house with no heat. They deserve so much better. Im feedin 4 of my own outside and a stray here and there already too. I just would like for them to go to good loving homes
You can just take them in, and explain the situation. They will help find new homes
I am only aware of volunteer positions, but like everywhere, I'm sure they need paid staff as well.
According to the Asilomar Report for 2020 about 1300. You can get more information by visiting our website financials at https://caringhandshs.org/about-us/financials/
Their website explains various ways to donate. caringhandshs.org

I believe it may be dependent upon the pet you are adopting. Certain specific needs animals have different adoption criteria. We did not have a home visit.
There are similar shelters in other areas but I am not familiar with one specifically near Junction City. I hope you find one. The dedication and level of kindness shown from the individuals who work at Caring Hands in Newton is 2nd to none. We are blessed to have them in our community.
I have cats and young cats that need homes if you are interested please let me know
75 for kittens normally. Last year before Christmas they did a special for 50
Yes they do
You can also check their web page for the jitten they have available. Just google carring hands humane society.
I'm sorry you would have to call them to make sure. But I would put my money on them having plenty
I just checked their website and they show quite a few itty bitty kittens to some older kittens. If you google "caring hands humane society" you can view all of the cats and kittens they have right now. Hope this helps.
Go in to Caring Hands and ask anyone at the front desk.
Im not sure I don't work there.
